Alex is our all around Manager extraordinaire. When he's not on the water, he can be found on land, thinking about the water. Hard not to love this guy!
Sofia is no stranger to the water as she's a native Southern Californian, born and raised in Newport Beach. She's a rising pre-med senior at UC Santa Barbara. Sofia enjoys riding her horse Texas, and considers herself as a water sport enthusiast!
Nathan is a rising sophomore at Tufts University and is a certified lifeguard and swim instructor. He has been both a competitive swimmer and rower for the vast majority of his life. He loves just about everything about being around and in the water!
Lorenzo is a rising Junior at the University of Delaware. Lorenzo has been a national competitive rower for the past 8 years. He grew up on the water and loves anything that involves boats or water!
Mallory will be attending Syracuse University in the fall. Mallory has her boating license and is pursuing her Captain's License. Mallory loves to sail and be out on the water.
Sam is a recent Staples High School graduate, and a certified lifeguard. He loves to paddle and row on the Saugatuck river, which he has been doing for 6 years. Sam can be spotted with his iconic blue hat, or the classic WPC straw hat.
Justin is a rising junior at the University of Delaware. He has been rowing on the Saugatuck River for the past 7 years. You can easily spot Justin down on the dock or in the water wearing his iconic banana bucket hat!
George is a recent Staples High School graduate, our resident DJ and also a phenomenal soccer player
Tyler graduated from Fairfield University with a Psychology degree. Tyler is our assistant manager who helps facilitate our everyday schedule. Tyler is very passionate about music and loves to kayak. He is also attending New York University for graduate school.
Lachlan is a rising Senior at Darien High School, and rows competitively at Maritime Rowing Club on the Norwalk river. He loves the water, Saugatuck, and taking people out for tours of the river!
Connor will be graduating from Staples High School this spring and will be attending the College of Charleston in the fall. He sails often and loves being out on the water!

Hi I'm Sophie, I am a Senior at Staples High School. I am certified in lifeguarding because I love all water sports. When I'm not in the water, I love to snowboard and play field hockey.
Eamon is a rising Senior at Staples High School. He loves to wrestle and play rugby and would never miss a good day out on the water.
"I play varsity soccer at my high school, and I play with Stamford FC in the offseason. I ski most weekends in the winter. At Westport Paddle Club, I'm usually wearing my cow bucket hat and holding my speaker."

Alex is a rising Sophomore at University of Michigan. Alex has always loved being on the water and spending time with kids.
"I am on the Swim team at Colorado College. I have two dogs who I love to take to the beach and the park. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and going on hikes. My favorite color is blue and my favorite food is strawberry rhubarb pie.

Jack is a recent graduate of Staples High School. Jack loves to play soccer and be out on the water.

Caroline will be playing lacrosse at Denison University next year. She has previously led paddle board and kayak classes at a summer camp in Maine. When she's not out on the water, she loves to run with her dog, play field hockey, and go hiking!
Viola is a rising Senior at Staples High School. In her free tie she loves to dance and play golf. She also loves being out on the water all say and spending time with the kids!
We are thrilled to welcome Maureen McGuire to the crew this summer! Maureen has been teaching yoga for over 35 years. She has been an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University for 25 years in conjunction with teaching yoga at the Payne Whitney gym for 16 years. She started the maverick program "Yoga for Donation" having been inspired by the Karmic Yoga teachings of Bryan Kest. If you're yoga needs are more cardio/conditioning, Maureen brought Power Yoga to Quinnipiac in 1988. If you're a beginner, Maureen will make you fall in love with the practice of Yoga. If you're a seasoned Yogi, you will find a kindred spirit.
